It's with great pleasure and humility that I welcome you all to Nuu Technical and Vocational College, a public TVET institute located in Mwingi Central Constituency in Kitui County. Our first intake was in 2018 and since then, the college has grown from strength to strength with the support of the management team as well as the Board of Governors.

The college is a center of excellence in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in addition to which we offer a range of other courses in both technical and business fields. Notably, all the courses have been aligned with the ever changing market demands. CBET RPL Dual Training
TVET — CBET Modular Curriculum Structure
CBET Modular Curriculum Structure Diagram
  • Each module is equivalent to one academic term lasting three to four months.
  • Level 3 consists of one module and one industrial training.
  • Level 4 (formerly Artisan) comprises two modules and one industrial training.
  • Level 5 (formerly Craft Certificate) includes four modules and one industrial training.
  • Level 6 (formerly Diploma) comprises seven modules and two industrial trainings.
  • Industrial Training is an integral part of the course and must be completed for a trainee to successfully complete the programme.
